Shipping & Returns

Complimentary hand-delivery is available across London Monday to Saturday. Orders placed before 11am are delivered the same day; orders placed after 11am are delivered the following day.

Nationwide UK delivery is available via our trusted courier partner in our signature black flower box, arriving the next working day. A preferred delivery date can be selected at checkout.

For international enquiries, weddings and installations abroad, please contact the studio directly.

We deliver Monday to Saturday. Where an exact time is required — for example for a proposal or event — please note the request at checkout and we will do everything possible to accommodate.

Because our arrangements are living and perishable, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges in the traditional sense. Our commitment is to design and deliver each piece to the highest possible standard.

If your flowers arrive damaged or not as expected, please contact us at enquiries@wolvesofetain.com within 24 hours of delivery, including a photograph where possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Subscription deliveries follow the same shipping schedule as our one-off arrangements. You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time by contacting the studio.
